Love the location- in walking distance to the balloon park. Loved the free breakfast -very accommodating hours for the fiesta - and really good! We were on the first floor - I liked that - very convenient .

The breakfast was great!! Great selection, great service. Room was very comfortable. Good sized room for 5 people. Location was great. Close to the freeway and stores around the area.

The hotel was in a convenient location to I 25 and the soccer fields in Bernalillo and to the church we attended on Sunday. Our room had a beautiful view of the east mountains. Loved the breakfast choices. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful in meeting our needs of extra blankets, new room with electric outlet next to the bed that worked, and forgotten necessities like toothpaste and a comb.

The beds are comfy specially the pillows. I also liked that I forgot my shampoo and they had good quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion and the hair dryer is also a plus.

Beds were comfortable and we loved the lighting behind the headboards of the beds. It made the rooms feel more modern and upscale. Restroom was great, plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Strong wifi and well-lit parking lot. I loved that the washer and dryer machines took payment through an app. We didn't have change, so it was convenient to do laundry without actual change.

I travel a lot and this property has the best customer service hands-down at least from my experience I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and the reception was kind enough to credit me for the days that I stayed. They were even nice enough to upgrade our room and gave us a late checkout option. I will definitely be back to this property if needed. I wish I could remember the name of the employees.

The room looks good and clean with necessary electrical devices and household furniture. The breakfast is ample and tasteful. The bed is softly comfortable. The location is not far from the Balloon Fiesta Park.

I want to start with with the breakfast area and the breakfast in general. it has a full breakfast and the guy JESSIE is awesome, friendly and really cares about the guests to eat a good filling breakfast before taking off for the day! The eggs were so good as well as the sausage biscuits and gravy and all the muffins…we were extremely hungry from traveling a lot. He’s a hard worker from what i can tell as after he cooks it all he keeps the area really clean. The hotel was very clean upon entering and the room was clean as well except for the bathroom floor, it had some sort of black dirt streaks from a mop (from what it looked like). it wasn’t a big deal however, I just put a towel down so it didn’t matter much to us. The room was very nice and cozy & the bed was really comfortable as well as the choices in the pillows. The bathroom door does stick a bit but it’s not a big deal, it just needs some WD-40 on the handle or something. All in all it was great!
